GENERAL PRIVACY POLICY

Pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) regarding the protection of personal data, we inform you that the personal data acquired by browsing the site https://www.funeralbusinessexpert.it/ or by filling in the personal data collection form (Information Request) will be processed in compliance with the aforementioned legislation; in relation to the aforementioned treatments, the following information is provided:

Definitions

"Personal Data" pursuant to Article 4, point 1) of the Regulation means: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person ("interested"); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, with particular reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or one or more characteristic elements of his physical identity, physiological, genetic, psychic, economic, cultural or social (for brevity the "Data/s");

"Treatment" pursuant to Article 4 point 2) of the Regulation means: any operation or set of operations, performed with or without the aid of automated processes and applied to personal data or sets of personal data, such as the collection, registration, the organization, structuring, conservation, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication by transmission, dissemination or any other form of making available, comparison or interconnection, the limitation, cancellation or destruction (for brevity the "Processing");

For "Interested" pursuant to art. 4, point 1) of the Regulation means an identified or identifiable natural person, directly or indirectly, with particular reference to a Personal Data (for brevity the "Data Subject/s")

"Privacy Guarantor" means the competent Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (for brevity the "Guarantor")

"Persons Authorized to Process" means the natural persons who, pursuant to current legislation are qualified as persons in charge of processing and, in the light of the provisions of the Regulation "persons authorized to process personal data" being understood as such the persons who " operate under the direct authority of the owner or manager, following the instructions given" (for brevity the "Person/s authorized to Process").

a) Ownership of the treatment

Following consultation of the Funeral Business Expert website, data relating to identified or identifiable natural persons may be processed. These personal data are processed by Xp Informatica in the person of its pro tempore legal representative, with registered office in Martina Franca (TA), via Fanelli 14, as Data Controller.

b) Purpose and legal basis of the processing

The purposes of the processing of personal data are as follows:

  • internal statistical analysis aimed at improving the structure and contents of the site;

  • response to a specific request for information;

  • I send newsletters.

The legal basis of the processing of your personal data for the purposes listed above is the consent expressed by the interested party through the acceptance of the Cookie Policy, or the explicit and distinct consent expressed freely in the personal data collection forms that require it, or the legitimate interest of the data controller.

    c) Category of data processed

The personal data collected may be common data relating to:

  • identification data: name and surname.

  • contact data: telephone, mobile, e-mail

  • IP address and statistical navigation data.

 

d) Communication of data to third parties

Your data, subject to processing, will not be disclosed, but may be communicated to internal or external parties contractually linked to XP Informatica, specifically designated as persons in charge of data processing or external data processors.

The data may be communicated to third parties belonging to the following categories:

  • studies and companies in the field of assistance, consultancy, collaboration and technical support relationships (e.g. help desk, system support, etc.);

  • subjects and companies that provide services for the management of the IT system, for the telecommunications networks, for the management of the site and the CRM;

  • third parties or companies that provide navigation statistics or other services.

 

e) Storage times

- The Data are processed and stored for the time required by the purposes for which they were collected (functional criterion).

- Personal Data collected for purposes attributable to the legitimate interest of the Data Controller will be processed until such interest is satisfied.

 

f) Data transfer to non-EU countries

Your navigation data will be processed both inside and outside the EU (European Union) by external data processors (for example, Google Analitycs - United States) who have adhered to the Privacy Shield.

 

g) Rights of the interested party

The interested party may at any time exercise his rights as sanctioned by the articles from 15 to 22 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).  The interested party, with regard to his personal data, can exercise the right of access to verify its presence and content, the right to have information regarding the source and origin of the same, the right to rectification/correction/integration, the right to be forgotten/cancellation for legitimate reasons, the right to limitation in time and quantity, the right to portability in an intelligible format , the right to object in whole or in part to the processing of data for legitimate reasons, the right to send a complaint to the competent supervisory authority, by contacting it directly.
